What this website is for
This is a marketing and product documentation website. We use it to describe our products and the markets we serve, to publish technical material such as data sheets, installation instructions and videos, and to let people get in touch with us.
It is not a customer account system, a store or a support portal. We do not sell anything through it, and it is not intended to collect sensitive information. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal details through this site.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to websites we do not operate, including video hosting services, job listings and third-party technical resources. Following one of those links takes you outside this site, and this policy no longer applies. We do not control how those sites handle your information and are not responsible for their practices. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
The personal information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. That typically means your name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject you have selected and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical details of each visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages viewed and the time spent on them. Some of this is collected by our analytics provider, described below.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, special categories of data such as health, biometric, political or religious information.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us to answer your enquiry, to provide the documentation or product information you have asked for, and to follow up where a conversation is already under way.
We use the information collected automatically to understand how the site is being used — which products and documents attract interest, which pages are hard to find, how people arrive — so that we can improve the site and shape our marketing. Who we share it with

How we protect it

How long we keep it

Children
